I teach scrapbooking and card making classes. I purchased some tape for my ATG gun and then found out from a friend that I needed an adaptor. I contacted the company and even though my order had already been processed, they sent me an email saying that they would gladly send me some adaptors free of charge. But wait, it gets better than that......I sent an email thanking them for the outstanding, prompt customer service and asked that they share my email with their supervisor. I was just so impressed with how I was treated by what I thought was a customer service rep. I wanted that customer service rep's supervisor to know what a great job he was doing. Well, low and behold, the person who I thought was a customer service rep, replied back saying he was, Anson Christiansen, the owner. My jaw just dropped. In this day and age it is beyond rare to have an owner of a company have that much of a "hands on" approach. He even took time out of doing inventory to reply to my emails. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. He has my tape business for life. Anyone who goes the extra mile, like that, to give outstanding customer service deserves not only my business, but yours as well. I strongly encourage you to purchase from this company!
