I had a large order to make, and had an excellent back and forth communication with a member of the sales team to make sure I got what I needed at a great price. Upon receiving my order, a few rolls of tape got damaged due to poor handling during shipping (postal service's mistake), and the case of clear tape I ordered was not the item I was expecting. After reaching out to make note of the troubles I had, I was met with extremely fast response and the exchange process on the clear tape was quick and very easy.
