I purchased the gun and 24 rolls of tape. I had a terrible time getting the first roll in - wasted two rolls trying because the whole thing kept sliding off the spindle. I contacted your company - got a nice note back with a video to watch and then was able to get the runner to work and get it loaded. I was told that your company would send me the two rolls of tape that I wasted but never heard anything more from you. I never received these two rolls and realize that it isn't a big amount of money wasted but I just wanted to let you know what I was told and what was done.
