The "3" rating above is more or less an average of my experience with Tape Depot and the product I received. Your promptness and accuracy in filling my order would be a "5". However, the product I received, advertised s 30 ft. long, was 29 ft., 8 1/2 inches long,and I needed 30 ft. I rated the product a "1" as a result.
I doubt you make this tape; you probably just stock and sell it. However, "shorting" is a very common manufacturing gimmick to "save"(STEAL)some infinitesimal amount of money from the consumer. I speak from experience.
