I placed my order online Sunday afternoon, there was a small glitch during checkout that reset my order to default tape size not the one I wanted. Not only did they respond immediately to my panicked email, they corrected my order, refunded the difference to my account and the product was in my mailbox within 48 hours! SPECTACULAR! I have not used the tape itself yet, but have used a different size of the same tape from Tape Depot and it is very good quality and very reasonably priced, which is why I placed a second order for the other size when I needed it. I have no hesitation recommending this company.
