What a fantastic service! Throughout the process I have been kept well informed of what is happening, the carpet ordered, it’s arrival and booking of fitting etc and today was carpet delivery day. HUGE THANKYOU to Simon. Simon called and messaged the day before to let me know time he would arrive and this morning he arrived at the precise time he said he would. Simon was friendly and professional and again ensured that he followed Covid safe guidelines. Simon was quick and very efficient, having everything on hand without constantly being in and and the house. He also explained further about the carpet and why it was right for my house/family.
