I bought a Butler & Rose Ceramic Fireclay Belfast Kitchen Sink with Waste - 600 x 450mm from Tapwarehouse only to find on delivery it is a RAK sink. When I queried this I was told that on the invoice they declared it to be a sink manufactured by RAK. Too late to cancel the order. I paid approx. £50 more for this sink simply because i thought it was a Butler and Rose. I also paid £20 delivery. If i want to return it i have to pay £40. I’ve asked more than once how Tapwarehouse can justify this and they refuse to give me a decent answer. Shall be contacting Trading Standards as I feel well and truly mislead. Too late for me but I concur with Matt (posted a year ago). DO NOT BUY A Butler and Rose SINK FROM TAPWAREHOUSE as you'll be paying a premium for the name alone, the product is a RAK which can be bought elsewhere for a more reasonable price.
