AWFUL company to deal with. Bought a sink (Vellamo Quartz Granite) advertised as extremely tough and resilient to chips, scratches and staining. It isn't. At only 6 months old, the sink has multiple chips and scratches despite using a plastic bowl in the sink for added protection. It endlessly has white hazy stains within the material both in the sink and on the drainer. Expensive granite cleaner does not remove the staining either. Tapwarehouse will not even entertain this sink might even be faulty and to add insult to injury have offered a discount to buy another sink from them!!! Laughable. Will never use nor recommend them. Even spoke with a sales representative who confirmed some usage instructions completely contrary to those from the manufacturer!!!
