I placed an online order on the 17 of April. When I went to pick it up they said they canceled my order because they were out of stock but they still charged my debit card. I went back to the store on the 18th to find out about my refund. They told me the money would be back in my account on the 19th. On the 23rd I called target to ask about my refund. I was told the canceled my order on the 19th because I never picked up order and they contacted PayPal with the authorization to issue the refund. I contacted PayPal, they tell me they are waiting on authorization from target. I won't get my money back until May 16th. All this because Target won't do their job and are lying to me a lot it. I will never place an online order with them again.
