Never ever purchase a Target gift card! The gift card remaining amount could disappear without reason. When you contact customer service, they will ask you to provide the original receipt, if not, you will lose the amount. That's so embarrassing to ask the gifter to provide the original receipt when you received from a business partner. The customer service is not helpful, and finally, you will lose the balance. This is totally ridiculous that they checked the remaining amount on the account and told you that is frozen unless you provid an original receipt. Don't purchase Target gift cards to be gift for your love. So bad shopping experience!
