Well, I took the time to apply for your "Circle Card" through the 800 number. They were kind enough to do it for me. I received a letter saying it was under review. Then today a telephone call. Gave, my name, my d.o.b. and of course my address. SHE wanted to text me a "code". I said I do NOT have a cell-phone, but you could send it to my email. She abruptly said she could NOT do that??? Wanted me to FAX some paperwork??? I am 79 y.o. and feel like I have already gone through the process of applying for the card..., talked to more than one REP and this is how it ends? I told her if I have answered ALL your questions and you cannot accept that, then I do not need your card. So, while I would like to have the card, would like to shop at your store, your Customer Service does not compare to that of Wal-Mart. Very, very disappointing. I believe Laziness was to blame on the REP I spoke with on today's date. I mean, I was NOT applying for a home equity loan? So, is it my age? Is it my last name? What exactly make a Circle Card from Target, so coveted? Sincerely XXXX
