On June 6,2024. I was with my granddaughters shopping. I went to self check out. I used my debt card to pay for my items. I rang everything up and left to take my babies to Chick-fil-A for lunch. Right before we left I went to the counter to get my girls icecream. The lady said I had insufficient funds. Which I knew was wrong. Thank goodness I had five dollars to pay for the ice cream. I was so embarrassed. So we went to sit back down to eat the ice cream. I opened my chase app. To see what was the problem. Well as I looked at my account. I noticed Target charged me 4 times 122.46. Which put my account upside down. So I went back to target to show the managers what happen. The manger there was so rude. Told me there was nothing he could do. That it was my problem. His name is Logan M. He had no solution and was very disrespectful. And walked away from me. I had bills that came out of my account and because I was negative in my account. I was charged late fees. Today is June 17,2024. And I still don’t have my money back. This has been very stressful and it seems that Target just doesn’t care. Just wanted everyone to know which Target it was. It’s on 99 in pecan grove. On the self check out. I’m a hairdresser for 40 years. And I’ve been sharing my story with my clients. Believe it or not. This has happened to many people at this Target. Be careful at Target. I’m very disappointed with target and the manager’s there. Spread the word! So you don’t get charged 4 different times. Sincerely, an ex target shopper
