I ordered a recliner but decided to return it as I did not like the color. I did not take the product out of the box nor unpack it, as it was a huge and super heavy box. Being seven months pregnant and unable to lift over 110 pounds, I called Target to arrange a pickup. UPS collected the item, and everything was great. The product was received by Target, but a week later, I got an email stating my refund had been denied, with no further action needed on my part. I immediately contacted Target and was told the product had been used, which is a total lie! I did not even take the product out of its box. Claiming that I used it is not only false but also ridiculous. Now, I have to chase this refund and waste time resolving this issue. Not to mention the stress this causes me in my seventh month of pregnancy! I will NEVER order anything from Target again. They are supposed to have a great return policy, which is why I ordered this product without being able to see it physically. This is extremely upsetting as the product is over $1,000. If Target says the product was used, the only reason is, that they sent me a used product to begin with, and I wouldn't know because I did not even unpack it! That or they used it themselves. Shame on you, Target.
