Tell you what I think…? Well, purchase was effortless, postage costs were very competitive and the DHL process of tracking allowed me to see where my package was most of the way. I'm on the other side of the world and managed to monitor this and get my blanket within 7 days…! Most of the time I find packages vanish in the tracking process when they leave the country of origin and try getting something from Asia…….! I'm making much of the services here, but it was a beautiful process… The blanket I ordered (recycled/scrap material) was a great piece of kit, well presented in TBC's packaging. I am very happy with my purchase and looking sideways at who I can gift more of these too…..
