Complete Scam. Booked and paid online for a group of 6 persons from Gatwick to Camden in London for tomorrow. After a few minutes I received a phone call informing me that there was a mistake in the total mileage calculated and that we will be charged extra by the driver. I requested this information to be sent to me via email but so far nothing is forthcoming. I am trying to communicate with them via their chat in their website, however no one is getting in touch with me. I still don't know what is going to happen tomorrow, or if our booking will be honored!!!
