They will hope you request a refund BEFORE the date of your requested driver, so you are subject to their Terms and Conditions in which states you may only get 10% back! Best approach is to wait it out until day of service and get the FULL REFUND when the driver does not turn up. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews. This fake organisation has no shame from the request right through the the customer service, they disgustingly trained to SCAM customer.
