Paid for a cab to take my disabled husband and I to Waterloo station 2 days in advance. We were texted a driver's name, vehicle registration and mobile number and then 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time the driver cancelled. I phoned the driver and he was extremely rude saying he was not prepared to go to Waterloo and hung up! When I phoned the office I was told that they were unable to help and to try 'plan B'
I have been refunded but the service was abysmal.
