Fraud /.breach of contract I booked a taxi from Newquay airport for last Friday, paying in advance They messaged me straight after I paid to say A1 cars were the provider and they would confirm with me I have that email and no communication after that On the day of booking as A1 did not confirm, I called them and they said Taxicode never booked it A1 offered to collect me and I paid. After many attempts to call taxicode that day (phone number is dead) I received an email from them in reply to mine asking for refund, to say my trip was active, was booked with a completely different provider, neither they nor this other compsny had ever contacted me with this information. They are refusing to refund me They have 2,choices 1. refund me 2. I apply through the small claims court for my money back Disgraceful does not do justice to this company
