Avoid this company at all costs. Had a wedding so booked taxi a month in advance, five days before we had an email saying it had been cancelled with no explanation. Did receive a refund eventually but not including the booking fee. Rebooked (stupidly) and called to confirm it was definitely booked etc. Person seemed confused why I was calling and didn’t seem to understand. Said not to worry it was all confirmed and they would call a taxi company. Two minutes after I hung up we had a notification come through that an uber was booked for us… day of the wedding no driver was assigned and then it was cancelled 5 minutes before. Honestly just call a taxi company yourselves they can’t be trusted.
