Having never done an online course before and some years since doing any kind of MS training, I was hesitant and nervous. Trainer-Tracy was immensely patient and kind, explaining each element of the course in easy to understand English - no jargons or smoke and mirrors. The course workbook was easy to understand and navigate as was all the information on the flash-drive. At the end of the course, I felt armed with much information and ready to use this into my role within my company. TCS has given me a wealth of information and knowledge.
