Easy to install by any DIY person, no need for a specialist, engineer or electrician, even for wiring in the boiler switch (which is the only wiring job you will have to do, if purchased). Questions entered through the support ticketing system can take a couple of days to be answered, but if you e-mail customer services at the SmartShop, then they will help you very promptly with expert advice and help. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to automate their home heating. Cheaper than many alternatives.
