I ordered a few varieties of tea recently, the quality of the tea is fantastic. I made a mistake with ordering the incorrect tea initially and wanted to exchange for another one before they were dispatched. This was no issues at all, Toby replied very prompty and professionally. I ordered the tea on Saturday, they were dispatched on Monday, I received them by Wednesday already. I have tried 3 out of the 6 I have ordered and loved them all, so far the ones I opened are Blue Butterfly Peaflower Tea, Ginger Tea and Earl Grey French Tea, all taste amazing! I know exactly where I will be getting more tea from next time and will spread the words amongst friends, so happy that I found your company!
