Easy online ordering experience, very fast delivery despite the current Australia Post delays. French Earl Grey is absolutely outstanding but unfortunately, I'm not enjoying the Lapsang... it's not as smokey as others I've purchased and tastes a bit like toilet pine cleaner, just not to my taste.
