10/10, Amazing customer service! Amazon's dynamic pricing made the cost of my regular tea go through the roof, but im glad this happened because tea dog had the exact tea I needed and many more! The customer service was phenomenal! After I ordered the tea I originally came for, I found more that I had to have so I placed a second order (still cheaper than Amazon). But Teadog refunded me the shipping on one order and shipped them together! Customer service like this is rare! The new teas were super tasty and I can't wait to order many more!
