As with 'S' review (Refused to fix a hardware issue with a laptop due to minor cosmetic damage on the outside of the screen/hinges which had 0 bearing on the problem!)
Currys have said this to me to and I can't get through to them and explain that the cosmetic damage has no bearing on the power supply issue on the opposite side of the laptop body.
