They clearly expect callers to hold on for their Customer Services for an unlimited time. On 3rd June I hung on for 65 minutes waiting for someone to answer then the line went dead.
Today I hung on for 30 minutes and then decided to give up.
Clearly service standards are not a priority for their business.
