DO NOT buy Tech 21... They advertise 12ft 3.6m MULTI-DROP IMPACT TESTED my phone dropped from the car doorstep/edge (I was holding while picking something from the seat) I mean a foot and half maybe not even... to the ground The phone IN THE CASE somewhat was an impact on the corner that shattered the back of the phone. Guess what? Their claim says... Case limitations:Even high-quality phone cases like Tech 21 can't prevent damage from very hard impacts. Warranty check:Review your Tech 21 case warranty to see if it covers damage from a drop, but remember that most warranties don't cover damage to the phone itself, only defects in the case. I would NOT EVER again buy a Tech 21 case... They say they Guarantee their product not the back of the phone... It says that if the case is not broken but the phone is that the issue is with the phone and not the case... I was like WT heck...?! Don't advertise the impact on the product box and say it was tested then say because the drop was too harsh that the case couldn't prevent the problem. Some BS... that is what I called. I had an Otterbox and the case fell apart before anything ever happened to my phone (I had the same phone from 2017 to 2023 and nothing ever happened to my phone even after countless drops and I dropped my phone from way higher places... Unfortunately, the guy in the store (since they were out of Otterbox) told me that this Tech21 was one of the best and nothing would happen to my phone and that they guaranteed if anything happened to my phone... I did even look into the Tech21 reviews or nothing...
