I tried to install the Windows 7 without success. Contacted Techee via phone provided on the website, but an answer machine asked me to write an email. I needed some help to speak to someone, not to wait for an email. I tried and spent many hours following Windows guidance and couldn't complete the installation due to error messages half the way through. I consider my money lost as bad debt, left to struggle with existing operating system. Your after sale service is practically non existent, you cannot get help via email when you actually need someone on the phone to tell of the problems and get guidance. I do not recommend people to purchase the products from you, unless you change your after sale policy.
