I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an ordered and paid the extra 30$ for faster shipping so I could have it before Christmas. Est. delivery date was 12/20-12/21 and I placed the order on 12/15. Today (12/19) comes around and still no confirmation that item was shipped. I reached out to customer service and I get one response to my email fully in Spanish. I decided to do the chat within the website and rep told me that there was a delay with my order and that it won't be in before Christmas as promised. Only solution was to cancel the order. I Never received any emails about this delay. I read previous reviews and still decided to give this company a chance despite all the negative ones. Listen to the reviews because they are 100% accurate. This company SUCKS and at this point not even certain if it is legitimate. We will see how long it's going to take to receive my money back if I even ever receive it. Do not order from them!
