Same story for me—I will never buy here again. The customer service is the worst. They quickly send you a track-and-trace number and say your package is on its way. But the delivery company doesn’t recognize the number. Every time I contact them, they just say, “Sorry, sorry,” and promise to investigate. They claim it will take 10 to 15 business days, but I never hear back from them. My order was only €40.98—not a big amount to lose, but I hope this review helps warn others about this scam company.
