Horrible Customer Service – A Complete Disgrace
Tradeinn failed to deliver my order, and when I reported this, they insisted that I sign a document before they could even begin an investigation.
First, this is utter nonsense. Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 18), the seller is responsible for ensuring delivery. The burden of proof lies with the seller, not the customer. I should not have to sign anything for them to fulfill their legal obligation.
Second, the document they demanded I sign contained false statements and could make me liable for issues beyond my control. After confronting them about this, they simply kept sending the same automated email, showing zero effort or actual customer support.
This is not customer service—it’s outright negligence.
