A bit delayed but best price and perfect product Ordered a pair of Beats headphones at the end of September, I was a bit concerned that the tracking number sent to me has no tracking result it just showed "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item". However, after contacting the customer service team I was told that it will become valid in a couple of days. Sadly it didn't happen and I was told by the customer service that the shipment got delayed due to a reason that the courier would not reveal. I'm guessing it was because of the COVID-19 epidemic. Surely that was a bummer but I understand that it's a rough time for everyone and safety is always the most important. Last week I was finally able to track the parcel and got my parcel the next day, god blessed!! I'm now using the headphones and really enjoy it, the sound quality is really good and not mentioned that the price is way cheaper than the local store!!! Definitely will choose this website again since the waiting is totally worthy!! I personally will also appreciate the help to the customer service team because the service provided is always timely and comforting, especially Ms. Miriam, she's always kind patient and thoughtful!! really eased my worries every time I contacted.
