They respond to my emails really fast and the product is perfect! Made a mistake and forgot to put in my house number when I placed the order, contacted their customer service and they always replied within a few hours. And the service provided was really good, the team is thoughtful and double-checked the updated address with me. Apart from that, they followed my shipment and provided the tracking link to me without me even asking for it, saved me from trying to track the parcel endlessly repeatedly and unnecessarily. I just want to give a big compliment to their service quality! As for the product, many people are complaining but I don't understand them, it works really good and I'm like the iPad I purchased so much!
