Ok, I have not received my product yet, this review is related to delivery issues. I purchased a MacBook Air from this company on 4th July, as of today, 29th July, I am still waiting for it to arrive. Apparently, my purchase is stuck at customs and will take another two weeks. I was given a tracking number for DPD at this end (who are still awaiting) and customer services respond quickly to queries. It seems to be their intermediate courier who is letting them down, (perhaps not being honest about goods values), though Techinthebasket may be remiss in its certification. My own experience of delays with the custom office suggest these shortfalls. They are blaming Covid, but I’m sceptical. I’m not experiencing this length of delay elsewhere. I will keep this review updated, but suggest if you want your item to arrive without a long time delay, you look elsewhere? I do note however, that others have received goods in a timely fashion. Maybe I’m just unlucky
