I have purchased several times from T/O, the service they provide is also top class and is my go to place for 3D printing. Couple of key call outs here for me are 1. I live in Northern Ireland but I get treated like I should and thats being part of the United Kingdom, others try to charge additional costs for delivery but you don't that here, plus it only takes 2 days, others that do offer free delivery your waiting a week cause they cheap out. 2. I did have an issue with a failed part on a printer long after the warranty period and T/O supported me in identifying the problem and getting the part. Yes you can be lured to others with discount gimmicks on filament etc but I wouldn't risk it over the exceptional service etc I receive here.
