No phone but also no refund
I ordered and paid for a phone 3 months ago. After months of me emailing weekly I have now been offered a £10 refund as compensation (not even 5% of the cost) as apparently it was lost by the courier.
Prior to being lost it also took almost a month to dispatch despite payment being taken immediately.
They will not give me a refund as it was being sent by standard shipping therefore not insured.
If they were a UK company then I would be able to get a full refund (as I should) as contract with seller not courier and covered by Consumer Rites act. Sadly this does not apply.
Seperately the customer service has been appalling. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, even though you may get a bargain it is simply not worth the risk.
