I brought an IPad on Black Friday. Like many others I thought that this was a UK based company. Very poor correspondence when I asked to cancel my order as I didn’t think that it was going to arrive in time for Christmas but it did only just. They sent a newer model but I only discovered this once it was set up, when I tried to put it in the case that they sent that was for the smaller model I have received an email today saying that it was their mistake but I need to c pay £115 more when the 2019 IPad is actually cheaper in their sale! I will not be buying from them again.
