They are not UK based despite ".co.uk" address and products will be shipped from HK with you picking up customs duties (you might not as on customs forms they fraudulently claim the value of parcels to be materially under your purchase price to avoid duties).
Product received was not UK spec, it had a cheap HK to UK plug adaptor provided.
Customer service woeful, weeks to get any kind of response and then in poor English that failed to address any of the points raised.
