I bought a G-Star watch from Tecobuy - when it arrived the box was very damaged. The watch was meant as a present and was not presentable. I complained to Tecobuy , they said that I hadn't complained in time (but I had) and that it was the couriers fault (but the packaging was just an envelope). They also have a 14 day refund policy, but they refused to comment on that. I reported to Paypal and they advised to send back the watch so I did. Then I got a message from Tecobuy saying they won't accept the watch as the packaging is damaged - the irony. Anyway Paypal sided with me and refunded both the price of the watch and £12 return shipping. PS I didnt mention it at the time because I didnt want to muddy the argument, but the authenticity of the box was suspicious. I have had G-Shocks before and this box looked nothing like it - see pictures.
