You can really tell a company by what courier company they choose, why do Ted Baker use Hermes, they're not a professional or proper courier company. Ted Baker's terrible customer service have told me several times, after waisting endless time on hold, that they will update me by the end of the day with what's going on, they never do. DO NOT BUY FROM TED BAKER ONLINE, if you do, you are at risk of never receiving your goods and being left with appalling almost non existent customer service.
