Pathetic, incompetent customer service.
I ordered a belt almost a month ago. Before it had been charged, I called to change the size. They couldn’t do this (!) so I requested to cancel. 2 days later they charged for the order I cancelled. 3 days later it was delivered to a store. I called them for my refund and they said they would have to send it back first, which they haven’t done.
There seem to be many TB staff who are outright liars. Online and phone support are also useless and don’t do what they say.
I am still waiting for my refund for the belt I never even received.
