I returned a suit that didn't fit. I was told to reorder the item and that I would receive a refund for the original purchase. I sent the original order back using their shipping label and received proof of delivery once the order was returned to the Ted Baker facility. The order was returned on Nov. 29th, and I have yet to receive a refund!
I Tried calling the customer service number (It's a complete waste of time) and was placed on hold for long periods of time. Only to get an automated message that no reps were available and suggested sending an email to customer service!
The rep that responded (Jade) to my email has not been helpful at all. Jade asked for proof that the item was returned, once I provided the requested information, she didn't respond for days. After following up with her multiple times, she finally responded stating that I needed to wait 14 business days after the item was received at the warehouse before the refund would be processed!
You could not pay me to ever purchase from this company. STAY AWAY, unless you don't mind the possibility of being ripped off.
