Return shipping costs charged on the customer - What a shame for a premium brand Dear All, please be aware that in case the product you ordered online does not fit you (even if it is clearly due to the fact that the product itself was not "cut well") you have to pay the shipping costs to return the product. This is unacceptable, considering that (i) Ted Baker is a premium brand and (ii) even H&M and Amazon do not charge you for the shipping costs. I suggest everyone not to buy any product from Ted Baker online. The owner of the brand who clearly designs the clothes with a lot of care should consider also investing in improving their customer service. You lost a very good client, who bought a lot of clothes form you in the past (and all her friends!) Well done. Kind regards
