Ted baker is a terrible brand that does not care about their customers and only care about making money. I had a terrible experience trying to refund a faulty birthday present, the manager refused to put the money in a gift card and forced me to buy items in store which I didn’t like. I emailed customer service taking my time to writing a lengthy email including the necessary evidence and they couldn’t be bother to even read it as they said it was “difficult to read”, even though I clearly stated everything for them. They didn’t care how I felt, and only cared about money. This is the last time I’m buying any Ted Baker product again. Goodbye.
