I ordered a pair of shoes via their main website which was during the Black Friday sales. I ordered the correct size. They only went and delivered the wrong size. I spoke to a customer services and expressed the urgency of the order. Her name was noreen she was really helpful and tried to do as much as she can and offered to re-dispatch a new pair with the correct size unfortunately at that point the size I wanted was no longer in stock and also the price had reverted back to its original price before the sale. Anyway spoke to a couple more people the following day and I was basically told to ring around the stores in my area to see if anyone had them in stock then I can go and do an exchange. The only store they had the pair available was selfridges which is an outlet and therefore couldn’t do much. I spoke to their customer services again and I was basically told, that’s that nothing more they can do I just have to return the shoes and they will process the refund. And was only offered a 10% discount for my next order for the inconvenience!! I’d be out of my mind if they thought I would be ordering anything from them again after all this palaver. They wouldn’t even offer to cover the difference so I can at least purchase the shoes at the selfridges store it was a basically a no no no!
