Purchased a Wolly Hat for the Wife , early November at Gatwick North Terminal , when she opened it , we discovered they left the security tag.
After contacting them , they told me i had to send it back so they can take it off, as i live in Luxembourg , which i did and well yes after 5 weeks waiting it hasn't come back .
Money , Hat , Postage Costs all gone now Not happy ! Never again.
