Ted Baker turned to online shopping due to COVID 19. I bought a pair on pants and it felt too big. I originally tried to exchange for a smaller size but exchange was not possible they wanted me to call a number out of USA. So I returned the pants in good shape and used the sticker provided in the box. I didn’t hear from them and in respond to my email they said they don’t have the label’s information which they sent it with the item and they are not responsible. I wouldn’t buy anything online from them bc they are not organized and they don’t accept responsibility especially when now the stores are closed and people have to exchange or return easily. I lost my money . Do not buy on line. The postal office told me that usps labels doesn’t help with tracking either
