Looking like as the courier has ‘lost’ the parcel (courier has informed me that this is so via an official email) and is just stating on the tracking as in their system being processed. TeeChip have it out for delivery through tracking (& responded as so) and there it will stay for ever in their opinion. I’ve forwarded on the couriers email (as they said that I needed to contact the vendor to inform) but the ticket response I had from TeeChip (after I had to go through website - contact us & pick the option as to why you are) was closed and so I cannot get any response - TeeChip = received payment for product and delivery / Courier = received payment for delivery and haven't / Customer = paid for product and delivery & received NOTHING
Avoid using this company as contact and customer service is shocking and they clearly dont care. Ironically they’ll probably get a refund for delivery in the end so WIN / WIN for TeeChip
