I contacted Teemill about an item of clothing that had a small manufacturing fault and they asked me to return it to look into it. Sadly it seems the item was lost in the post, but regardless they didn't hesitate to send out a replacement, despite me being unable to provide proof of postage. Very good friendly and personable customer service, would definitely use again.
