Awful service, ordered on the 14th, estimated delivery 19th, chased on the 23rd, and replied on the 24th saying it would be shipped shortly. They then proceeded to cancel my order and issued a refund on the 25th. Their emails are also incomprehensible so I have no idea why their service was so awful, see the image (IPhone using mail). Real shame as I like the product and have ordered before. I am sure there is a reason, however they can’t convey that to their customers as their CRM system is inadequate. I also left my number but no call, and of course there is no number to call them. Best wishes and Good luck, I think you may need it.
